The material transport between different production islands occurs across two floors, connected only by a freight elevator, making automated transport difficult. In addition to ensuring seamless communication between two AMRs and the existing freight elevator, Dymation optimized its usage to guarantee an uninterrupted workflow. As if that weren’t enough, the existing technology at BRV made it difficult to integrate new systems—a challenge that only Dymation’s expertise could solve.
